Mindfulness is the process of observing thoughts, feelings and sensations with the indifference of an objective bystander. The reality is that our attention is very easily drawn away from the present and we often worry about what happened yesterday, what’s happening tomorrow instead of "living in the moment". It’s this tendency to dwell on past issues or on future problems that can cause body and mind afflictions.
