There is no official wellbeing doctrine; the overarching principle being that by introducing, all or a few, beneficial lifestyle practices such as meditation, positive attitudes, gentle but regular exercise etc and abstaining from toxic foods, attitudes and people can improve overall physical and mental health. Seemingly small changes to our lifestyle and attitude can make a big difference to our quality of life.
